This last time, and I do mean last, I engaged them in November to fix webbing on my sunroom furniture any time over the winter. They never came and now say it's their busy season and they will have a hard time fitting me in.

I cannot recommend this business. I will never use them again.
While the final work product can be good, the customer service is absolutely terrible. The first time I had them work for me, the wooden rod carrying a room-wide drape was hung in a flimsy way and finally crashed. The ensuing "fix" works, but the rod has a finial only at one end and just abruptly cuts off at the other end. Odd rod.
