That won't stop me from coming back though! The food is always great!!

Great food! Great atmosphere. The pastries are delicious! Always fresh. Awesome pizza as well. We come to the cape every summer and always stop by this establishment. Unfortunately the woman who served us pastries this morning has a serious attitude problem and was incredibly rude. However,as soon as she saw a local patron, she was immediately friendly and joking around with that person. So it seems as though she was only rude to us because we are "tourists". She is the only reason I'm not giving a 5 star review.

In the morning, time for a great breakfast sandwich of linguica and eggs on a grilled Portuguese sweet roll. At night time to go back for home made ice cream. The flavors change every day, and they are made daily. If you like a unique flavor, enjoy it because it might not last. I still remember maple bacon, with pieces of real bacon.

That anyone could rate this establishment less than 5 stars is surely tantamount to a cosmic injustice. It gets BUSY sometimes, yes, but this is the sign of a thriving business-- and rightly so. Order anything on the menu, it's all immaculate. From gourmet coffees and teas to sandwiches, baked goods and ice cream, and the FANTASTIC pizzas, you will not be disappointed if you give Savory and Sweet Escape a try.

We ate lunch here our first day coming into Cape Cod. We had a pizza and salad. Both were really good and while ordering we noticed some amazing looking pastries and cup cakes. At that point we decided we needed to stop for breakfast the day we were planning on leaving. The morning we got breakfast we got 2 chocolate pastries, a berries and cream cheese pastry, 3 cupcakes, 2 coffees, and a chocolate milk. They didn’t have the chocolate milk out but someone went into the back and got one out of the shipment they had just got in. (Thank you!) Everything was really good. Lots of coffee choices. Friendly staff. A must stop as you head up the boot.

We have stopped here many times over the years and it's always great. Coffee, pastries, pizza, ice cream, snow cones - at any time of the day they have you covered. Parking is easy, everything is tasty and reasonably priced.
